痹痛康丸治疗大鼠类风湿关节炎的病理学观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨痹痛康丸对大鼠牛Ⅱ型胶原诱导的关节炎 (CIA)的作用机制。方法 :牛Ⅱ型胶原与完全弗氏佐剂 (CFA)诱发CIA ,观察痹痛康丸对CIA大鼠踝关节肿胀、胸腺与脾脏的重量、滑膜组织病理改变的影响。结果 :痹痛康丸可明显减轻CIA大鼠关节肿胀、胸腺与脾的重量 ,减轻滑膜组织的病理改变。结论 :痹痛康丸具有良好的抗炎镇痛和免疫抑制作用。Objective:It is to study the pharmacology action and mechanism of Bi Tong Kang Wan on rats of rheumatoid arthritis which were induced to Collagen Type Ⅱ.Methods:Rat models were induced to arthritis with Freunds Complete adjuvant and Collgen Type Ⅱ.The effect of Bi Tong Kang Wan on sweu arthrosis of the rat,on the spleen,on the thymus,on pathological change of synovial tissues were observed.Results:Bi Tong Kang Wan can release the swell arthrosis of rat,reduce the rat's weight of the thymus and spleen.decrease the pathological change of synovial tissues.Conclusion:Bi Tong Kang Wan has good anti inflammation function and action of immunological control.
