摘　　要：从用户的实际需求出发,论证了《合同法》释义与案例查询系统的可行性、适应性.并根据管理系统的开发原则,设计出一套具有实际使用价值的《合同法》释义与案例查询系统.该系统将《合同法》的条文、释义、案例查询集于一身,通过按条文查询和按案例查询两个窗体,实现了序号和关键字查询等功能,提高了工作效率.并且本系统的条文和案例的报表显示功能可以使应用者对《合同法》的条文、释义、案例一目了然.This article proves the possibilities and application of the system according to the users, needs. Then, based on the principle of the management information system and design the valuable software,the system for inquiring about the interpretation and precedent of contract law is designed. This system includes the decrees and interpretations precedents of contract law. The system has two inquiring windows to achieve the inquiring functions through the number of the clause or
