摘　　要：通过对山西省各灌区水资源利用的共有制约因素的分析,按照指导思想与目标,确定了相应的工程、技术、管理措施。Through analysis of communal restrictive factors for the utilization of water resources in irrigated areas of Shanxi Province and according to the guiding thought and target, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures in aspects of engineering, technique and management.
