银-碳纤维复合触头材料的研究

摘　　要：采用以特种方法预处理碳纤维分布在银基体中的材料制得银-碳纤维触头,同时提高了触头的电性能和机械性能。其电寿命明显高于银-石墨触头。This paper deals with the study of silver-carbon fiber composite contacts, manufactured with specially pretreated carbon fiber in silver matrix composite. Both the electrical and mechanical properties of these new contacts are obviously improved. The electrical life of the new contact is much higher than the normal silver-graphite contact.
