摘　　要：简述了施工组织设计对科学地组织管理大中型水利水电工程施工的重要作用及意义,介绍了工程施工组织设计的分类与基本内容,针对现阶段施工组织设计存在的问题,提出了一些看法和合理化建议。This paper briefly describes the important functions and significance of construction organization design on the scientific organization and management of the construction of large and medium water conservancy and hydroelectricity works, introduces the classification and basic contents of engineering's construction organization design and, in the light of the problems existing in the construction organization design in current stage, puts forward some opinions and rationalization proposals.
