转型期欠发达区域农村弱势群体的经济学探析

摘　　要：转型时期欠发达区域农村弱势群体存在着:生活十分贫困;社会地位低下;社会稳定性差等特征。其形成的表层原因为:农业收入和非农收入减少。深层原因为:不合理的户籍制度、就业制度、财税制度、社会保障制度,以及现行的农业生产组织制度和“非均衡发展”战略。只有深化改革,才能缩小、消除欠发达区域农村弱势群体。There exist the rural social-weak-groups in the less-developed region during the transforming period. The features of such groups are poor life, low social status and social unsteadity. The surface reason for its formation is the reduction of agricultural and non-agricultural income. The deep reason is the unreasonable census register system, employment system, financial and tax system, social security system as well as the organization system of agricultural production and 搕he unbalanced developing?strategy. Only deep reformation can reduce and eliminate such groups.
