摘 要:文章首先介绍了新型数字同步阀的原理及结构。在一组非线性运动微分方程的基础上 ,通过线性化建立了该阀的状态空间模型。这一模型可作为数字同步阀设计过程中性能分析和参数优化的依据以及控制系统设计的参考。运用Matlab仿真 ,从快速性和稳态误差二个方面 ,分析了该阀动态特性。The principle and structure of synchronization valves are firstly introduced in this paper. Based on a set of nonlinear differential equations transfer function of the valve is derived by means of replacing—variable and linearization methods. The results obtained are useful for the designing of synchronization valves.The performance analysis and the optimization of structural parameters are founded on them. And they are also reference of the designing of controlling system. The dynamic quality of synchronization valves is analysed in the rate of self-regulation and the steady—state error through the simulation by the software matlab.
