摘 要:对W 9Mo3Cr4V高速钢 (4 5mm热轧棒料 ,摩擦焊接直径分别为4 0mm与2 0mm)与 4 5钢进行摩擦焊接 ,焊后进行退火 ,淬火 ,回火。并用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对焊件近缝区进行观察。结果表明 ,在4 0mm的高速钢近缝区存在过热组织和少量的莱氏体 ,这是由于摩擦线速度过大和钢内碳化物偏析较为严重所致 ,退火和淬火均无法消除。当淬火温度较高时 。W9Mo3Cr4V high speed steel(HSS)( 45 mm heat rolling bars with friction diameters of 40 mm and 20 mm) was friction welded to 45 steel, and followed by annealing, quenching and tempering. The structure in the adjacent-weld zone was examined with optical and scanning electronic microscope. The results showed that in the adjacent-weld zone of the 40 mm HSS, overheated structure and a small amount of ledeburite were found. These were considered to be formed under too high friction linear speed and comparatively serious carbide segregation in the side of HSS. The harmful structure could not be eliminated by annealing and quenching, and when the quenching temperature is comparatively high, it tends to crack in the adjacent-weld zone along the weld.
