摘  要:目的 :观察发热、降温和解热时大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P4 5 0 (CYP4 5 0 )含量的变化 ,探讨CYP4 5 0在体温调节中的作用。方法 :数字温度计连续监测大鼠体温 ,并用改进的木村和佐藤方法测量第 1次注射不同试剂后2 4hCYP4 5 0含量。以腹腔注射生理盐水后大鼠作为对照。结果 :腹腔注射脂多糖后大鼠体温升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,注射后 2 4hCYP4 5 0含量下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;注射丁香酚后体温下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,注射后 2 4hCYP4 5 0含量增加(P <0 .0 5 ) ;腹腔注射脂多糖后 3h再腹腔注射丁香酚体温先升高然后恢复 ,注射后 2 4hCYP4 5 0含量与对照组差异不显著。结论 :CYP4 5 0含量变化与体温变化方向相反 ,CYP4 5 0可能有解热的作用。Objective: Our aims were to investigate the change of the content of cytochrome P450 (CYP450) in the hepatocellular microsome when the rats were febrile,hypothermal ,and antipyretic,and to discuss the role of CYP450 in the regulation of body temperature. Methods: We measured the rats temperature with digital thermometer and the content of CYP450 in the hepatocellular microsome in 24 hours of the first injection with modified Omura and Sato method. The rats temperature after intraperitoneally injection with the normal saline and the content of CYP450 in 24 hours of the injection were compared with the controls. Results: The rats temperature increased(P<0.05) after injection with the lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and the content of CYP450 decreased (P<0.05) in 24 hours of the injection in the LPS group.The rats temperature decreased (P<0.05) after injection with the eugenol and the content of CYP450 increased (P<0.05) in 24 hours of the injection in the eugenol group.In the LPS/eugenol group,the rats temperature increased at first (P< 0.05) and then restored when intraperitoneally injection with the LPS at first and then with the eugenol in 3 hours of the first injection and the change of the content of CYP450 in 24 hours of the first injection did not have statistical meaning in comparison with the control group.Conclusion:The change of the content of CYP450 with the change of the temerature shows that CYP450 may have antipyresis effects.
