摘  要:远方电源端切机受端切负荷,是大容量远距离输电系统通常的稳定控制措施。本文从能量函数角度研究了这两类措施对系统稳定性的影响,重点分析了分层切负荷措施的合理性。指出分层切负荷情况下的系统暂态过程是变结构问题。对不同操作场景下能量值和势能参考点的归一化作了有效地处理,提出了切负荷灵敏度的概念,并给出了简洁实用的表达形式。分析结果证明这些处理对于大容量远距离输电系统的暂态稳定分析是有效的。An effective method should be taken to regulate power of the generators and loads when a fault occurs on the long transmission line of overloading transmission network. Transient stability function method is often used to analysis how does these operations affect the stability of the network. This paper testifies that multi-layered load - cutting control is appropriate for stability control of this kind of transmission network. It also proposes that the transient process of the system is a variable structure control problem. Normalized magnitude of transient energy and reference point of different operating situation is brought forward to deal with this problem. Both concept and prsentation of load-cutting sensitivity is proposed also. All above has been proved on modified WSCC 10-Genrator System.
