摘　　要：本文利用电轴法推导出精确计算绝缘偏心时同轴电容、特性阻抗和绝缘电阻的计算公式。并将此公式计算结果与积分公式计算结果做了比较,证明此公式精确和实用。A formula for accurate calculation of the influence of insulation eccentricity on the coaxial capacitance, characteristics impedance and insulation resistance of RF coaxial cables were deduced by the electrical axis method. A comparison between the result of the calculation by this formula and that by the integratiion formula was made, which proved that the deduced formula is both accurate and practical.
