摘  要:用软锰矿浆吸收二氧化硫 ,以吸收液为原料制备碳酸锰 ,进行了单因素实验和多因素正交实验。合理地设计了去除吸收液中铝、铁、重金属、钙、镁工艺过程 ,确定了制备碳酸锰的最佳工艺条件 ,锰的转化率在 92 %以上 ,实验所得碳酸锰的质量符合GB10 5 0 3A test on single factors and a quadrature experiment on multiple factors were carried out by adsorbing SO 2 with pyrolusite slurry and using adsorbed solution as raw material to prepare MnCO 3. The authers designed rationally the process of eliminating aluminium, iron, heavy metals, calcium and magnesium from adsorbed solution and established the optimum technical conditions for preparing MnCO 3. It is shown that the process has a Mn conversion efficiency of up to 92%, and its product's quality can meet the standards required by GB10503-89Ⅰ.
