摘 要:用薄水铝石作为γ Al2O3的前驱体、CeO2 ZrO2 La2O3、扩孔剂等助剂制备蜂窝陶瓷载体涂层,研究了涂层表观粘度、固含量与载体负载量的关系、组分颗粒在涂层中的粒径分布.得到了用浸渍法制备蜂窝载体催化剂涂层的规律;发现一浸量>二浸量>三浸量;低粘度涂层以小颗粒为主,涂层液颗粒分布为窄分布;高粘度有利于提高载体的负载量,涂层颗粒粒径主要以微米级为主,涂层液颗粒分布为宽分布.The washcoats deposited on ceramic honeycombs were prepared by γAl2O3 precursor pseudoboehmite, CeO2ZrO2La2O3, pore enlarger and other additives. The relations of apparent viscosity with loading percentage, washcoat solids content with loading percentage and particle sizes distribution of washcoats were studied. The preparing regulars of washcoats deposited on ceramic honeycombs were obtained. The loading percentage of the first impregnation > second impregnation> third impregnation,narrow particle sizes distribution of washcoats were mainly small particle in washcoats when apparent viscosity was lower, higher apparent viscosity in washcoats were beneficial to the loading percentage and width of particle sizes distribution were mainly micronmeter particles.
