大南宁都市圈形成背景下的区域综合生态保护策略研究

摘　　要：广西境内由南宁市、北海市、钦州市、防城港市组成的桂南经济区是广西乃至北部湾区域的核心经济区和最有竞争力的城市群,为适应大西南区域联动发展以及我国与东南亚经贸合作日益加强的发展趋势,今后本区城市群规模和辖区势必进行重新调整,并极有可能形成以大南宁都市圈为中心的环北部湾新兴经济增长极.以上述四城市为例,探讨与城市空间形态变化以及社会经济发展需求相适应的可行的区域综合生态保护策略.The Guinan Economic Zone consists of 4 cities:Nanning,Beihai,Qinzhou and Fangchengang, which is the central Economic Zone and the most dominant urban agglomeration of Guangxi and even the Beibu Gulf region. Facing the rapid development of economic collaboration among domestic Southwesten provinces and between China and Southeasten Asian Countries,it strongly requires the formation of metropolis area of Great Nanning,which will play the dominant role of Beibu Gulf region. Taking account of the change of urban formation and economical development requirements, integrated ecological protection strategies were put forward aimed at minimizing the ecological risks due to regional development and promoting the doublingwin between regional urbanization and sustainable development.
