摘　　要：根据大型工程管理的特点 ,分析了上海市苏州河综合整治建设工程项目评价系统应具有的功能 ,讨论了该系统的数据库、模型库和知识库的设计 ,最后给出了系统的工作流程和具体实现。Firstly it was analyzed that the function of a evaluating support system for Shanghai Suzhou Creek Rehabilitation & Construction Project according to the management characteristics of a Large Scale Project. Then, the design is discussed about the date base, model base and knowledge base of the system. Finally, the system workflow is given and its implement is introduced.
