摘　　要：指出了我国现行林地使用制度中的不合理之处为林地产权不清,同时指出解决林地产权不清的途径是:界定产权,并在我国实行森林地租制度。实行森林地租制度的理论依据是马克思主义地租理论,最后阐述了在实行森林地租制度过程中需要注意的问题。Many shortcomings have arisen from the woodland use system due to the unclear woodland property rights. Defining property rights and carrying out the forest land rent system is necessary to solve the problem. The theoretical foundation of forest land rent is Marxism land rent theory. Finally, the paper explains the notable problems in carrying out forest land rent system.
