预处理时间和温度对Al_2O_(3p)-TiC_p/Al复合材料的反应温度特征的影响

摘  要:研究了预处理温度和时间对Al TiO2 C体系XD反应温度特征和复合材料组织的影响,结果表明,为了获得理想的Al2O3p TiCp/Al复合材料,预处理温度和时间有一个最佳的工艺范围.体系在本实验的工艺条件下,当预处理温度高于670℃时,由于反应程度加强,不利于体系在随后升温烧结过程中发生快速的放热反应,从而导致体系反应不完全.预处理时间小于30min,会导致体系反应不完全;预处理时间大于60min时,组织中Al3Ti含量增高.合适的预处理时间为30~60min,预处理温度为670℃.The effect of pretreatment temperature and timeperiod on characteristics of XD reaction temperature and microstructure of composite Al2O3pTiCp/Al in system of AlTiO2C is investigated. Result shows that there is an optimal region of pretreatment temperature and timeperiod for obtaining excellent composites Al2O3pTiCp/Al. In the present system and experimental condition, when the pretreatment timeperiod is less than 30 minutes, the reaction cannot take place completely. Otherwise, the composite would contain a lot of Al3Ti phases if pretreatment timeperiod were longer than 60 minutes. When the pretreatment temperature is above 670 ℃, too much reaction will take place during pretreatment, so that it is not favorable for subsequent XD reaction and makes the reaction incomplete. Optimal pretreatment timeperiod is 3060 minutes at temperature 670 ℃.
