摘　　要：信息孤岛是目前数字园区亟待解决的问题,作为数字园区的典型应用———数字校园,从两个方面提出了解决方法.一方面,从技术上考虑建立基于XML的三层体系结构,分析了技术方案的内容和技术关键;另一方面,在软件开发过程中需要使用项目管理制,结合实际,分析了传统项目管理模型,提出了新的项目管理三维结构,阐述了三维结构的组成、内容和相互关系,为成功实施项目管理提供了理论依据.Information islet is a problem to be solved urgently for present digital parkarea. To deal with the digital campus as a typical application of digital parkarea, a solution is proposed in connection with two considerations. For one thing, a configuration of triplex system based on XML is considered to be built technically and its technical plan, contents, and kernel is analyzed; for another a new threedimensional configuration of project management system is to be presented according to the analysis of conventional project management models, and that system is indispensable for the development of relevant software. The composition, contents, and their mutual relation are discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for successful implementation of project management.
