摘 要:针对湿陷性黄土地区由于地基处理不当,造成建筑物地基的不均匀沉降和上部结构的偏移,在理论分析及工程实践经验的基础上,提出了一种沉降法纠正建筑物倾斜的新技术.该方法运用控制监测技术,施以注水软化土质,降低承载力,使建筑物在控制的范围内沉降,以达到纠偏的目的.Aimed at nonuniform settlement of foundation and upperstructure deviation of the buildings due to improper treatment of the foundation on collapsible loess and based on theoretical analysis and practical constructional experiences, a new technique for deviation rectification of inclined buildings by means of settlement is presented. With the help of controlling and monitoring technique, the soil is softened with water injection, decreasing its bearing capacity and making the buildings settle within a controlled range to rectify the deviation.
