手术治疗无骨性异常的臂丛神经血管受压征

摘　　要：目的　观察 9例无骨性异常的臂丛神经血管受压征的手术疗效。方法　对 9例无骨性异常的臂丛神经血管受压征进行手术 ,其中 1例为全臂丛型 ,8例为臂丛下干型。采用前、中、小斜角肌切断并解除一切压迫臂丛神经的纤维束带。结果　术后平均随访 2年 9个月 (1年 6个月～ 3年 7个月 ) ,以患者的主观感觉评价疗效 ,6例对手术结果满意 ,2例对手术结果基本满意 ,1例对手术不满意。结论　斜角肌切断及纤维束带切除术是治疗无骨性异常的臂丛神经血管受压征的一种简单。Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome without bone abnormality in 9 cases. Methods 9 cases(whole brachial plexus 1 case and lower trunk type 8 cases ) were operated. The anterior, medium and minimum scalene muscles were transected and fibrous band were resected. Brachial plexus compression was removed. Results All the cases were followed up on average for 33 months (18～43 months). The results were evaluate by patients subjective sense. There were significant improvement of symptom in 6 cases, partial improvement in 2 cases, inefficacy in 1 case. Conclusion It is an effective and simple therapy for thoracic outlet syndrome without bone abnormality to transect the scalene muscle and resect the fibrous band.
