摘　　要：桂林民俗宗教旅游资源丰富,知名度高,宗教文化源远流长,宗教建筑富有特色,宗教活动丰富多彩,具有开发民俗宗教旅游的天然资源优势.开发民俗宗教旅游对增强桂林旅游市场的竞争力、扩大旅游产品的吸引力、提高旅游经济效益均具有重要的意义.运用SWOT分析法对桂林民俗宗教旅游市场开发的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行了详细的分析,并就如何开发桂林民俗宗教旅游在旅游产品的内容、旅游线路的设计、宗教古迹的修复与重建、宗教菜肴的继承和发扬以及市场开拓等方面提出了5点建议.Guilin has a natural advantage to develop folklore religious tourism . In Guilin there are ample folklore religious tourism resources with a long history and characteristics. There are various folklore religious activities.Developing folklore religious tourism is of great importance for Guilin's tourism industry .It is hopeful to build Guilin's competitive forces,increase tourism attraction and improve economic revenue as well.In this article, 'SWOT' approach is applied to analyse the advantage,disadvantege opportunity and challenge in market environment.Some suggestions are made for product's content,the design of tourism routine,the renovation of religious architecture,the developing of religious food and exploring market for the folklore religious tourism in Guilin .
