摘 要:用新的玻璃形成区研究方法探索了铒硼硅酸盐玻璃的形成区范围,研究了Al2O3含量和Er2O3含量对玻璃形成区的影响和相应的玻璃形成区图。结果表明:当Al2O3含量从15%增加到20%时玻璃形成区相应增大,Er2O3含量从20%增加到30%时玻璃形成区缩小。同时利用热分析结果所得到的玻璃析晶倾向参数β值,讨论了铒硼硅酸盐玻璃的形成能力,发现含有Er2O3的铝硼硅酸盐玻璃的玻璃形成能力比较弱,但在一定的组成范围内随着Er2O3含量的增加,铒硼硅酸盐玻璃的形成能力也会有所提高。另外,在铒硼硅酸盐玻璃系统中加入Al2O3,可以加强玻璃的网络结构,从而能够提高玻璃的形成能力。The study of glass formation properties is important for rare earth glasses, which have been a kind of concernful materials used in the high technology fields. Glass formation range of erbium borosilicate glasses was explored in this paper by the new method. The effects of Al2O3 and Er2O3 on glassforming region were researched and the glassforming regions of various concentrations of Al2O3 and Er2O3 were presented respectively. Results show that the area of glass formation range increases when Al2O3 concentration from 20% to 15%, while it decreased when Er2O3 concentration from 20% to 30%. The stability of the glasses against crystallization was discusses also, by the value of β, the parameter of crystallization tendency calculated from the thermoanalysis data. Glass forming ability of erbium borosilicate glasses is relatively poor. But in a limited range of Er2O3 concentration, it will improve with the increasing concentration of Eu2O3. In addition, adding Al2O3 into erbium borosilicate glasses system could strengthen the network structure, then would improve the glass forming ability.
