摘 要:目的 探讨不同浓度氢氧化铝对人用狂犬病纯化疫苗效力的影响。方法 将同批人用狂犬病纯化疫苗分成 4亚批 ,第 1、2、3亚批分别加入氢氧化铝 ,最终浓度依次为 0 .70、0 .5 0及 0 .2 0mg/ml ,第 4亚批不加氢氧化铝 ;分别免疫小白鼠后 ,进行NIH效力实验 ,同时分别将 4批疫苗放置 4℃ 4周、2 2℃ 4周、37℃ 2周后 ,进行稳定性实验。结果 各组疫苗在 4℃ 4周、2 2℃ 4周、37℃ 2周效价及ED50 均无显著性差异。Objective To explore the effect of rabies purified vaccine for human use in different oncentrations Al(OH) 3.Methods Divided the same group into four subgroups.Three subgroups were added Al(OH) 3 whose concentrations were 0.7 mg/ml,0.5 mg/ml and 0.2 mg/ml respectively.The fourth subgroup did not be added Al(OH) 3.Four subtypes were treated under different conditions which are at 4℃(four weeks),22℃(four weeks),37℃(two weeks).Stability and NIH of test were detected after Treated samples immunized mice.Results There are no difference among those samples.Conclusion Different Al(OH) 3 concentrations make no significant difference on the effect of rabies purified vaccine for human use.
