摘　　要：进入新时期以来,督促检查工作被列为秘书工作的一项重要职责。秘书和秘书部门必须适应形势发展要求,不断研究和创新督查工作的方法,真正保证党和政府的路线、方针、政策和各项决策得到认真实施,从而推动改革开放和各项事业持续、健康地发展。In New Ages, superintendence is considered as an important responsibility of secretary work.. Secretary and the department must meet the requirements of circumstances and bring forth new superintendence means to guarantee all the policys and measurements of the Party and the Government, and develop reforming and opening continuously and healthly.
