摘　　要：研究了不同固体酸催化邻苯二甲酸线性高碳醇酯的催化活性,及反应条件对酯化反应的影响,确定了较佳的反应条件。实验结果表明:以固体超强酸为催化剂,醇酐的物质的量比为2.25:1,催化剂的用量占总投料量的5％,带水剂环已烷占投料量的20％,酯化率超过97％。Phthalate ester plasticizer is prepared by esterification of phthalic anhydride with n-CnH2n-1OH(n = 6.8. 10.12)in the presence of solid Acid.The catalytic activity of various resins and the influences of reaction conditions on esterification reaction are discussed. The optimum technological conditions are determined. The results showed: with the solid superacid as the catalyst, mol ratio of alcohol to anhydride is 2.25:1, mass ration of catalyst to the total materisl is 5 % , mass ration of cyclohexane to the total material is 20 % . The yield of esters is over 97 % .
