摘　　要：探讨离子交换系统在HPO法己内酰胺生产中的作用 ,指出了该系统目前所存在的树脂运行周期及使用寿命短的问题 ,分析了影响离子交换运行的原因 。The operating cycle and lifetime of resin couldn′ t satisfy the production requirement owing to the resin properties and the technical factors. The effect of ion exchange system on HOP-process caprolactam production was discussed. The existed problem was described. The influential factors on ion exchange system were analyzed. The improving methods were proposed.
