摘 要:对兖州矿区煤灰的化学成分、微量元素分布及灰的岩石学特征等方面进行了研究 ,并对灰产率与微量元素含量分布之间的关系进行了研究 .同时对影响煤灰化学成分的因素方面进行了初步探讨 .通过对兖州矿煤灰的采样分析可知 ,研究区煤灰由结晶物质、玻璃状物质和未燃尽有机质组成 .其化学成分主要为 Si O2 ,Al2 O3,Fe2 O3和 Ca O及少量的 SO3,P2 O5,Na2 O,K2 O和 Ti O2 .煤燃烧过程中微量元素发生了再分布 ,多数微量元素在煤灰中富集 .同时它们在飞灰中富集的浓度明显高于底灰 ,即随着煤灰粒度的变小 ,它们在其中富集的浓度越高 ,其含量与煤灰的粒度成反比 .微量元素 Th,V,Zn,Cu,Pb与灰产率之间成正相关关系 ,而In this paper,the enrichment and concentration of trace elements Pb,Zn,Th,Cu,As,V,Cl and F in coal ashes from power plant and 3 coal seam of Shanxi Formation were analyzed.The minerals and chemical composition of coal ashes and the relationships between ash yield and trace elements were studied.The aim of this work is to provide the data for utilizing coal ashes in the future.On the basis of ash samples determined,the ash is made up from crystal,glassy and un-burning organic matter.The ash composition mainly are SiO 2,Al 2O 3,Fe 2O 3,CaO and minor amount of SO 3,P 2O 5,Na 2O,K 2O and TiO 2.The trace elements re-distributed and most of them enriched in ash during coal combustion process.In the meantime,the most of trace elements more enrich in fly ash that in bottom ash.It is to say that the higher content of the trace elements is,the smaller size the ash is,and the negative relationship between ash size and trace elements.The positive relationship between ash yield and trace elements As,Pb,Cu,Zn,F,Th and negative relationship between ash yield and element Cl.
