变频调速式谷物烘干机研究

摘　　要：针对谷物烘干过程存在的问题 ,在理论研究的基础上 ,研制了变频调速式的谷物烘干机 ,并对该烘干机的工作性能进行了理论分析和试验研究。该烘干机可实现多种烘干过程 ,满足不同产品的烘干工艺。以对烘干过程要求严格的稻谷为例 。In allusion to the paddy drying especially the problems existing in the process of paddy drying,based on the principles studying,the frequency conversion and timing type paddy drying machine is investigated.Furthermore,its working performances have been principlly analyzed and experimentally studied.This drying machine has the capability to varieties of drying processes and satisfy the drying techniques various of products.This article is about paddy drying process which is an example of strictly requested course.The drying effect of the frequency conversion and timing type paddy drying machine is explained.
