摘　　要：加快医院现代化基本建设是全面建设小康社会的重要内容之一。医院现代化基本建设的核心是体现“以人为本”的建设理念。“以人为本”具体体现在医院建设的各个方面、各个环节。积极贯彻“以人为本”的建设理念 ,正确处理需要与可能、眼前与长远、建设与管理之间的关系 ,是实现高速度、高质量。One of the important content in building wealthy society in an all round way is to strengthen the construction of modern medical facilities. The key point in construction of modern medical facilities is to fully reflect the “human oriented' concept. This concept covers different aspects and sectors in hospital infrastructure construction. To insure the construction of modern medical facilities with high speed, high quality and in an all round way, we should implement the “human oriented” concept, correctly deals with the relationships between demand and possibility, short term and long term affect, as well as construction and management.
