摘　　要：人力资本产权理论研究主要集中在三个方面:人力资本的内涵、人力资本的产权特性以及它们对企业所有权安排的影响。本文拟对以上三个问题的研究作一述评。Problems involving theories of human capital property rights are mainly in three aspects:the connotation of human capitals; its property rights features; their injluence in arrangement of enterprise ownership. This paper makes a comment on the three aspects.
