摘　　要：目的　评论价结核病控制项目实施过程中所取得的社会和经济效益。方法　通过各种形式宣传项目的有关政策和结核病知识 ,加强各级医疗单位可疑肺结核病人的归口管理 ,按结控项目管理模式 ,组织实施病人发现、治疗和管理。结果　全市发现活动性肺结核病人 16 6 6 4例 ,其中新、复发涂阳 12 6 33例 ,其他涂阳 1892例 ,初治涂阳治愈率较项目前 4 2 .9%提高至 96 .2 % ,复治涂阳治愈率较项目前 5 5 .5 %提高至 82 .4 %。结论　以控制传染源为重点 ,全面推行DOTS策略 ,使归口管理法制、制度化是结核病控制可持续性发展的保证。Objective To analyza efficacy of society and economic in procedure of the tuberculosis control project of heath V.Methods Relevant policy of the project and tuberculosis knowledge have been spreaded by variety medium and special transfer management for suspicious tuberculosis patients have been strengthen in general hospital and town hospital.then,according to the management pattern of the project,organize and carry out the work of case finding,treating and managing.Results 16?664 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis have been diagnosed in Mao ming city.in which,12itive pulmonary tuberculosis and 1?892 case of other smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis have been founded.The new smear positive cure rate showed amounting from 42.9% of before the project to 96.2% among the project.The retreatment smear positive cure rate showed amounting form 55.5% of before the project to 82.4% among the project.Conclusion The modern tuberculosis control strategy,which mainly targeted infectious patient and advocated DOTS policy and legal administration for procedure of the transfer are the guarantee of sustainably development of tuberculosis control
