摘　　要：在总结了当前我国医疗责任保险开展的现状的基础上 ,结合了对上海市各医院的问卷调查 ,阐明了在我国开展医疗责任保险的必要性和重要性 ,同时为医疗责任保险在我国的发展提出了对策。This paper,based on the summarize of the status of the Medical Liability Insurance (MLI)in China and the questionnaire investigations of some hospitals in Shanghai,Clarify the necessary and the significance to develop MLI in our country and bring up some strategies.
