摘 要:分别在不同的精炼温度下用 JDN- I熔剂对 A0 0纯铝进行净化处理。试验发现 ,温度越高 ,JDN- I熔剂的净化效果越差 ,合适的净化处理温度范围是 690~ 75 0℃ ,最佳的温度是 710℃左右。另外发现温度对熔体熔损影响不大 ,熔损基本都保持在 1%以下。简单分析了熔剂作用的机理。JDN-I flux is used to purify A00 aluminum alloys under the condition of different refining temperature. From the results some conclusions are drawn that, with temperature is raised, the purifying effects of JDN-I flux becomes worse. The suitable scope of temperature is 690~750℃. And the best temperature is 710℃ or so. Additionally, the conclusion is also drawn that the effects of temperature on melting loss is unclear. At different temperature, melting loss roughly holds below 1%. And the mechanism of Flux's effects is also analysed breafly.
