摘　　要：文章分析了适用于 40 Gbit/s等高速光传输系统的 MZ和 EA调制器的性能特点。This paper analyzes the performance fectures, current status and technical development trends of MZ modulator and EA modulator applicable to high speed optical transmission systems up to 40 Gbit/s.
