摘　　要：图书馆的构成要素是发展的,但从根本上可以概括为:图书、馆员、读者。这三个要素的内涵也是与时俱进的。现代图书要素是一切可以流通的科技文化信息载体的集合;现代馆员要素是馆员与智能化图书馆设施及读者关系的集合;现代读者要素是接受图书要素、馆员要素,并对二者产生反作用的主体。What are the formative faors of a library is evolving with time. Yet, books, Librarians and readers are the most essential ones. No doubt their connotations are also evolving with time. Books today refers to the set of any circu-latire carriers of science, technology, culture and infonnation; Librarians today refers to the set of the workers and inlei-lectualized facilities in relation to the readers; Readers today refers to the subjes who receive books and the service of librarians on the one hand, and produce counter aions upon them on the other.
