母猪喂服中药“黄白痢散”对仔猪黄白痢的预防效果

摘　　要：根据中兽医辨证施治理论 ,选择了穿心莲、白头翁等中草药配成预防仔猪黄白痢的制剂“黄白痢散”,通过拌料喂服母猪进行了预防仔猪黄白痢的试验。1 8头胎次、体重、年龄、分娩期相近的待产母猪随机分为 3组 ,一组为对照组 (CK) ,其余两组为处理组 ,两个处理组的母猪从产前 5～ 7d开始 ,每头每天分别喂 5 0 g和 1 0 0g黄白痢散 1次 ,产后 1～ 2 d连喂 2次 ,之后每隔 7d再喂 1次 ,直至断奶。结果表明 :(1 )“黄白痢散”煎剂在平板对所分离的大肠杆菌的平均抑菌圈直径为 1 4 .3mm;(2 )添加“黄白痢散”的两个处理组分别获得 83.2 2 %和94 .2 9%的保护率 ,效果显著 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,与 CK相比 ,处理组黄白痢发病率分别下降了 4 6 .1 0 %和 5 8.0 6 % ,平均断奶窝重分别提高 8.81 kg和 1 1 .0 6 kg,而窝收益分别增加 98.2 2元和 1 1 7.2 2元。由此可见 ,通过母猪饲料喂服“黄白痢散”,对大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果 ,可有效预防仔猪黄白痢 。According to the theory of Chinese traditional veterinary medicine on the diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition, several herbal medicines such as Pulsatilla Chinensis Regel and An drographis paniculata Nees et al.were selected and formulated as a special remedy for piglet's yellow and white scour, namely 'Huangbailisan' . Prophylactic trial was carried out in 18 farrowingsows which have similar pregnency, body weight, age and farrowing dates, who were randomly divided into three groups, one of which used for control, and the rest for treatments: 'Huangbailisan' was given at the dose of 50 grams and 100 grams per day to each sow of two treatment groups in 5～7 days before farrowing for one day and in 1～2 days after farrowing for 2 successive days and then once again every7 days interval until weaning. The results showed as follows: ( 1 ) The bacteriostaticring produced by 'Huangbailisan' against isolated pathogenic E. coli on plate was14 3mm in diameter on the average, (2) In prophylactic trial, 83 22% and 94 29%protection rates were obtained and the efficiencies were significant (P(0 01) , theincidence of yellow and white scour in two treatment groups decreased by 46 1%and 58 06%, the average litter weights increased by 8 81 and 11 06kg, and theaverage incomes from each treated litter increased by 98 22 and 117 22 yuanrespectively, as compared to the control. It is concluded that the 'Huangbailisan'has a certain degree of bacteriostatic effects on pathogenic E.coli. So it can be used as an ideal remedy for yellow and white scour of piglets via sow's feed. In respect of economic consideration, using 'Huangbailisan' also demonstrates a significant benifit to the pig farm.
