摘 要:目的 探讨中药三七是否能够促进脑损伤后神经干细胞丝裂原bFGF的合成、分泌以及神经干细胞的增殖。方法 通过免疫组织化学的方法检测去大脑皮层血管后以及给予三七总皂甙后成年大鼠前脑室管膜下层 (SVZ)神经前体细胞标记Nestin和神经营养因子bFGF的表达。结果 给予三七总皂甙后去大脑皮层血管成年大鼠前脑侧脑室SVZ中Nestin标记细胞的数目明显增多 ,bFGF的表达明显增强。结论 三七总皂甙能促进脑内bFGF合成及分泌 。Objective To investigate whether the total saponin from Panax notoginseng (TSPN) can promote the synthesis and secretion of bFGF and the proliferation of the neural stem cells after cerebral injury. Method To detect the expressions of Nestin and bFGF in the subependyma of the forebrain lateral ventricle in the adult rats with cortical devascularization before and after the TSPN administration, by the immunohistochemical techniques. Results Both the number of Nestin and the expression of bFGF in the subependyma of the forebrain lateral ventricle were markedly increased after the rats with cortical devascularization were give TSPN. Conclusion TSPN can promote the synthesis and secretion of bFGF in the subependyma of the forebrain lateral ventricle, which may further stimulate the proliferation of the neural stem cells.
