摘  要:目的 观察红花注射液的心脏保护作用。方法 在改良的Euro Collins心脏保存液 (mEC液 )中添加红花注射液 ,以单纯mEC液为对照组 ,保存大鼠离体心脏 2 0h ,采用Langendorff离体鼠心灌注法 ,于再灌注 4 0min ,测定心功能、冠脉流量及心肌含水量。检测冠脉流液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶 (CK)活性 ,心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 保存后红花组心脏心功能和冠脉流量明显好于mEC组 (P <0 0 1) ;心肌含水量低于mEC组 ,但无统计学意义 ;LDH、CK活性明显低于mEC组 (P <0 0 1) ;SOD活性显著高于mEC组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MDA含量显著低于mEC组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 红花注射液具有很好的心脏保护作用 。Objective To observe the protective effects of Honghua Injection (HI), which is prepared from a traditional Chinese drug named honghua (the flower of Carthamus tinctorius), on rat isolated hearts. Methods Isolated rat hearts were preserved in a modified Euro-Collins solution (mEC) containing HI for 20 hours with pure mEC as a control. Langendorff's isolated rat heart reperfusion method was adopted to re-perfuse the preserved isolated hearts. 40 Minutes after the repersusion, the cardiac functions, coronary flow condition, myocardial water content, activities of LDH and CK in the coronary fluid, and myocardial SOD activity and MDA level were measured. Results In HI-mEC group, the cardiac functions and coronary flow condition were markedly better (P<0.01), myocardial water content was lower but with no statistical significance, LDH and CK activities were remarkably lower (P<0.01), SOD activity was higher (P<0.05), and MDA level was lower (P<0.01), as compared with the criteria measured in mEC group. Conclusion Honghua can exert very good effecs for preserving isolated rat hearts, the mechanism of which maybe relates to its actions of resisting oxygen free radical injuries and expanding coronary arteries.
