摘  要:目的 考察影响麻黄提取工艺的因素 ,优选麻黄的提取工艺。方法 采用 4因素 3水平正交设计法 ,以麻黄碱为指标 ,用高效液相色谱法优选提取工艺。结果 乙醇浓度对提取工艺有显著性影响。结论 麻黄最佳提取条件为 70 %乙醇提取 3次 ,第 1次加 8倍量乙醇回流提取 2h ,第 2次加 6倍量乙醇回流提取 1h ,第 3次加 4倍量乙醇回流提取 0Objective To research into the factors affecting the ephedrine extraction from the ephedra stems used as an ingredient in the recipe of the Chuankeping Granules, and to optimize the technology of ephedrine extraction. Method With ephedrine as an experimental criterion, the orthogonal design (4 factors and 3 levels) and HPLC were used to optimize the technology of ephedrine extraction from the ephedra stems. Results It was found that alcohol was important for the extraction technology. Conclusion The best technology of the ephedrine extraction from the ephedra stems is extracting with 70% alcohol for 3 times: the first time, extracting with 8-fold 70% alcohol for 2 hours; the second time, with 6-fold 70% alcohol for 1 hour; and the third time, with 4-fold 70% alcohol for half an hour.
