摘　　要：目的　观察清开灵注射液对脑血肿家兔血气值变化的影响。方法　利用自体血凝块颅内埋藏法复制家兔脑血肿模型 ,在脑血肿形成后不同时间测定血气值变化。结果　脑血肿形成后 ,动物有过度通气 ,表现为代谢性酸中毒合并呼吸性碱中毒的混合型酸碱平衡紊乱 ,清开灵治疗组对上述异常皆有不同程度的改善。结论　清开灵有不同程度的改善通气异常 。Objective To observe the effects of Qingkailing Injection (QI) on the indexes of the blood gas in the rabbits with cerebral hematoma. Method The rabbit model of cerebral hematoma was established by the intracranial burying of the autogenous clot, and the changes in the indexes of the blood gas at different times after the formation of cerebral hematoma were detected. Results The rabbits manifested overventilation after the formation of cerebral hematoma, showing a mixed acid-base dysequilibrium: metabolic acidosis complicated by respiratory alkalosis. The overventilation was relieved to some degree after the administration of QI. Conclusion QI can reduce overventilation and correct acid-base dysequilibrium to some extent.
