新凝灵注射液对颅脑手术患者凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨新凝灵注射液对颅脑手术患者凝血功能的影响。方法　择期行颅脑手术患者4 0例 ,随机分为对照组 (C组 )和治疗组 (T组 )。T组于麻醉诱导前静脉注射新凝灵注射液 0 .4mg。分别于手术前、开颅手术 180分钟 ,36 0分钟取静脉血行凝血指标凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化的部分凝血酶时间 (APTT)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB)、凝血时间 (TT)检测。结果　C组PT、APTT、TT随手术时间延长均明显增加 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;T组PT、APTT、TT未见明显改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。FIB在两组自始至终无显著变化。结论　术前常规剂量应用新凝灵注射液 (0 .4mg) ,可有效地促进凝血过程 ,发挥快而持久的止血作用 。Objective To find out the Ethylenediamine diaceturate's influence upon the blood coagulation function of the patients with the brain operatedMethods 40 patients scheduled for operations on neurosurgery were randomly divided into receiving placebo(contrast group,C,n=20) and 0.4mg Ethylenediamine diaceturate( therapy group,T,n=20).PT, APTT,FI and TT were monitored during preoperative time and180min,360min's time after operation Initiation?FIB was unchanged apparently (P>0.05).Results PT, APTT,TT were significant increased in group C (P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05)and no significant change in group T(P>0.05) as time prolonged. Conclusions Routine dosage of Ethylenediamine diaceturate (0.4mg) can accelerate blood coagulation and prevent blood coagulation functional from descent.
