白僵菌无纺布菌条生产技术的研究

摘　　要：通过比较不同培养基对白僵菌无纺布菌条产孢量的影响 ,筛选出经济实用的麸皮培养基。培养的最佳条件为 :接种量 1∶3 5 ,常温接种 ,培养温度 2 5℃ ,湿度 90 %～ 95 % ,培养时间为 6～ 7d。最终产孢量可达 1 2亿 /cm2 。Wheat bran medium was chosen to make non woven fabric bands impregnated with B.bassiana according to the amount of the spores produced on the bands and the economic factor.The optimal conditions for making bands were:inoculation at normal temperature with the ration of 1∶3 5 and suitable inoculation temperature at 25℃ with an optimal humidity of 90% 95% for 6 7 days.The amount of spores produced on the bands could be 1 2×10 8/cm 2 in average.
