摘 要:目的:研究安心颗粒制备工艺。方法:采用L8(27)正交实验考察淫羊藿等药材的煎煮条件,以总黄酮收率及出膏率双指标进行工艺筛选,结果以综合评分法进行计算;红参粉碎成细粉,计算收得率;颗粒成型性试验考察辅料处方量。结果:确定煎煮条件为pH为8-9的水溶液15倍,煎煮3次,每次60 min;辅料选择80%乙醇,干浸膏粉与糊精比例1:1。结论:该制备工艺可行。Objective: To study the production techniques of Anxin granule. Methods: the Ls(27) orthogonal test was Employed to investigate the stewing condition of Yinyanghuo and other Chinese medicines, and double indices of the return of total flavone and remain rate ware used to make comprehensive assessment and select the best process technique. Hongshen was granulated, and then the return rate was calculated. The granulation experiment was also carried on the to examined the appropriate amount of addition materials. Results: The slewing condition ware determined to be 15 times of water resolution with pH value between 8 and 9, stewing 3 times with 60 minutes each, addition material was selected as 80% alcohol, the ratio of Ganqingaofeng and dextrin was 1: 1. Conclusion: The technology obtained from such research is feasible.
