摘 要:设计了三种不同曲率半径、每种曲率半径包括三种不同当量直径的微小通道 ,并对其水力特性进行了一系列的试验研究 ,将试验结果分别与经典的层流理论的计算结果以及常规尺度矩形截面弯曲通道试验关联式的计算结果进行了比较 ,发现它们间存在较大的差异。试验表明 ,在本文的试验条件下 ,流体在弯曲微小通道中流动的临界雷诺数 Rec =10 0 0~ 12 0 0 ,且随着曲率半径的减小 ,Rec 也逐渐减小。曲率半径对弯曲微小通道的摩阻系数有一定的影响 ,其值随曲率半径的减小而增加 。Three kinds of curved microchannels with different curvature radii and geometry dimensions were designed, and their hydraulic characteristics was tested. The great differences between the experimental results and the conventional theoretical predictions and between the experimental results and the values from the experimental correlation for the curved microchannel were found by the comparison among them. The experiment showed that under the condition of this experiment, the critical Reynolds Re c is 1000~1200, and is diminished as the decrease of the curvature radius of the curved microchannel. The influence of the curvature radius on the friction factor is increased with the decrease of the curvature radiuses. The experimental correlation to calculate the friction factor of the curved microchannels was obtained.
