摘　　要：作者认为 :森林资源管理将以网络为基础 ,可持续为目标 .该文从森林资源管理业务需要出发 ,对我国森林资源信息管理网络系统的解决方案进行了探讨 .提出了系统目标、功能、结构以及数据组成和数据标准 ,构建了信息交换平台和技术方案 .认为我国森林资源信息管理网络系统是一个由国家、省、地、县四级中心构成多点分布的层次结构 ,是一个分布式数据采集与存储、分布与集中相统一的数据处理和应用的开放式系统 .数据标准化建设是基础 ,县级森林资源管理应用系统开发与应用是重点 ,信息交换平台建设是核心 .The author holds that the modern forest resource management will base on network, and its goal is the sustainable development. This paper discusses the solution to the forest resource information management network system, puts forward the goals, functions, structures, data structures and standards, platform of information exchange and technique approaches. The author thinks that forest resource information management network system is an open system that has a hierarchical structure including many nodes that composed of four centers\_national, provincial, city level and county level, its data processing and using is unified with discentralization and centralization. In the system, the foundation is the standardization of data, the key point is the development and application of forest resource management and management system at county level, and the core is the building of platform of information exchange.
