单扫描示波极谱法测定利多卡因的研究

摘　　要：利多卡因与亚硝酸钠在中性介质中发生反应 ,其亚硝化衍生物具有良好的电活性 .在 pH 9.15的B .R .缓冲溶液中 ,于 - 0 .48V(vs.SCE)处产生灵敏的极谱还原峰 ,峰电流与利多卡因浓度在 0 .0 4～ 0 .8mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系 ,检测下限为 0 .0 2mg/L .用此方法测定盐酸利多卡因针剂 。Lidocaine reacts with sodium nitrite in neutral medium. The nitrosation product shows good electroactivity in B.R. (pH 9.15) buffer solution. A well defined reduction peak is obseved at -0.48 V(vs.SVE). The peak current is proportional to the concentration of lidocaine in the range of 0.04～0.8 mg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of lidocaine injection with satisfactory results.
