淫羊藿提取物对大鼠胸主动脉Ca^(2+)内流量的影响

摘　　要：犤目的犦研究淫羊藿提取物对大鼠胸主动脉Ca内流量的影响。犤方法犦采用Ca放射性元素跨膜测量技术与柱层析相结合,研究了几种中草药提取物对大鼠胸主动脉Ca2+内流量的影响。犤结果犦发现淫羊藿提取物质拮抗作用最好。犤结论犦用淫羊藿乙醇提取物作柱层析,发现一个组分有钙拮抗作用。To study the influence of extract from Yingyanghguo on Ca 2+ inward-flow of thoracic aorta in rats.The technique of 45 Ca transmembrane was used to research the influence of several kinds of Chinese herbs on Ca 2+ inward-flow of thoracic aorta in rats especial on the antagonism of calcium.The antagonism of extract from Yingyanghuo was the best.One ingredient in Yinyanghuo extract by alcohol showed the antagonism by chromatog-raphy.[Conclusion]The antagonism of extract from Yingyanghuo was the best.
