纤维支气管镜对右中叶肺不张的诊治价值(附50例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用纤维支气管镜检查术在右中叶肺不张诊断和治疗中的价值。方法 :对 5 0例右中叶肺不张患者应用纤维支气管镜进行诊断和治疗。结果 :5 0例右中叶肺不张中非特异性炎症 2 9例、肺癌 12例、结核 3例、异物 1例、未确定诊断 5例 ,总确诊率 90 % (4 5 / 5 0 ) ;5 0例中 33例经纤维支气管镜直视下局部治疗后复张 ,有效率 6 6 % (33/ 5 0 ) ,术后未见严重并发症。结论 :纤维支气管镜对右中叶肺不张有一定的临床诊断和治疗价值。Objective:To determine the value of bronchoscope in diagnosing and treating right middle lung atelectasis.Method:Bronchoscope was used in 50 patients with right middle lung atelectasis for diagnosis and treatment.Results:Among the 50 patients,29 were found with atypical inflammation,12 lung cancer,3 tuberculosis,1 foreign body and 5 without confirmed diagnosis.90% of the cases had been diagnosed.33(66%)patients' lung was expanded through local treatment under bronchoscope.There was no complications found postoperatively.Conclusion:It has certain valuable for bronchoscope in diagnosis and treatment of right middle lung atelectasis.
