摘　　要：本文分析了高科技风险投资项目的风险类型及特征 ,并重点研究了风险客观存在的效应机制 ,建立了风险诱惑效应、约束效应及其平衡过程的模型。This paper analyses the risk type and risk characteristic of the high-tech venture capital project and investigates the external effect mechanism. This study establishes the concept of risk attractiveness ?the concept of risk constraints and the model of risk balance. This model has some guiding significance on the development of venture capital.
