摘　　要：目的　探讨妊高征患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (SIL- 2 R)水平及临床价值。方法　采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫测定法测定了 38例妊高征患者和 35名正常孕妇血清中 SIL - 2 R含量。结果　妊高征患者血清中SIL- 2 R水平显著地高于正常孕妇水平 (P<0 .0 1) ,且与病情的轻重密切相关。结论　测定妊高征患者血清中 SIL-2Objective To explore the changes of serum SIL 2R level in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and evaluate its clinical value.Methods Serum SIL 2R level was detected in 38 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and 35 normal pregnancy wormen by using ELISA.Results Serum SIL 2R level in pregnancy induced hypertension was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy women and assocated with disease conditions.Conclusion Detection of the serum SIL 2R level is valuble in monitoring the patients' immune condition and progress.
